When you visit the website, the first step is to create an account, then you select a plan that works for you. Plans start at $20 per month up to $199 per month for full features. Once you make payments, you are required to fill a form with all the information, logos and images needed to build your website. Their (TheChurchCo) team goes on to build the website and point your domain to your new website.
Initial product// Paul Cox is the founder of TheChurchCo. In 2007 he got his degree in digital media in The Internet and Interactive Design. He decided to go to Bible School and got hired in a church. Paul began to write code as a hobby in 2015, he learned to use his skills and passion and TheChurchCo was born.Paul reached out to his friends working at different churches to give his product (TheChurchCo) a try. He took on free customers and kept improving the product.On July 2017, Paul started taking payments and lost half of his customers the same day.

Paul’s background in working on the communications role of his church helped him get involved with Facebook groups with one purpose, “Just to be a help to other people”. The $50 per month Premium plan comes with more features than the basic plan including TheChurchCo online giving feature but still limited compared to the $199 per month Ultimate plan which comes with the complete and unlimited features.

- Hire a team that will be able to deliver a solid web project with interactive design and strong functionality within 7-14 days. You can also adopt the use web builders to better help facilitate your project e.g Elementor
- Create a Package plan that supports both small and big churches who both have different financial realities( e.g basic $50 , premium $150 etc….)
- You should also work with an in-house team . But for people bootstrapping having a team of freelancers will always help.
- When trying to reach your customers your best bet is to join Facebook groups in your community or state , where your potential customers will be discussing their issues … first help without any charge and provide them with useful information to build trust.
- Your website should have a live chat, where customers can get all the necessary information from you, like if you guys are a good fit. This real-time communication helps to convert wannabes to Full-time customers. other tools that you should adopt (slack, zapier, Asana, fly.io , intercom , Google Analytics )
